Be careful how you run your business. Your income is not your profit!
For you to do well in business, you must do well in profit, not just only in income.
For easy understanding, your profit is the last thing that remains after all your business expenses ( e.g rent, salaries, utilities, repairs, etc) have been deducted from whatever comes into the business.
As long as what goes out is greater than what comes in, your business will not last. It is just a matter of time.
No business can survive at a loss forever.

Get to understand numbers! Know how the money moves and where it goes to. Get the facts about your business. Facts don’t lie!
Don’t be carried away with the volume of the income, know the profit in it. Remember, More is more! More income usually comes with more expenses.
Your expansion and enlargement, are all in the profit, not the income.
Growth would be difficult, static and even impossible when your business generate little or no profits.
Never forget this: Your income is not your profit. So, learn to make profits.
